I’m Giacomo Carbonara and I arrange private flights worldwide, dealing directly with aircraft operators and owners. The range goes from light jets to ultra-long-range aircraft like the Gulfstream G650ER and the Bombardier Global 7500. I look after the quote, slots, catering and boarding from start to finish.
When you ask me for a flight, I call the operator and check the aircraft, the crew, the year, the cabin layout and the airport slots. An Embraer Phenom 300E might be all you need to get to Nice, or you might need a Bombardier Global 7500 to cross the Atlantic non-stop.

What I take care of.

Charter flights
One-way, return or multi-leg. We pick the aircraft for the route, the passengers, the luggage and the comfort you want.

Empty Legs
Flights that would fly empty anyway, so they cost less. When an operator offers me one, I let you know.

VIP boarding
You leave from the general aviation terminal, clear checks quickly and, where the airport allows, drive right up to the aircraft.

Cabin and catering
Menus, wines, flowers and the cabin made up for sleeping. Tell me beforehand and it’s on board when you get there.

Pets and special cargo
Your dog in the cabin, golf bags, a guitar or a production’s flight cases. I clear it with the operator beforehand.

Ground coordination
Transfers, a car waiting when you land, a yacht or a hotel. If you like, I’ll also organise what comes after the flight.

01How do I book an empty leg flight with Giacomo Carbonara?
Message me on WhatsApp VIP Direct or by email with the route, possible dates and how many of you there are. I check with the operators that the aircraft is really available, confirm slots and costs, and stay with you until you land.
02How much notice do I need to book a private jet?
It depends. For a light or midsize jet within Europe a few hours can be enough, if an aircraft, crew and slots are free. For an intercontinental flight, the Monaco Grand Prix or high summer, I’d suggest getting in touch a few days ahead, ideally a few weeks.
03What is the difference between the Gulfstream G650ER and the Bombardier Global 7500?
Both are ultra‑long‑range jets, but they differ in range and cabin. The Gulfstream G650ER has a stated range of about 7,500 nautical miles and a top speed of Mach 0.925. The Bombardier Global 7500 reaches about 7,700 nautical miles and has a cabin split into four living spaces. Which one makes sense depends on the route, how many of you there are and what’s free on your dates.
04Which airports do private jets use in Milan?
Private flights from Milan mostly leave from Linate, which has a dedicated general aviation terminal, and from Malpensa. For Lake Como and Switzerland, Lugano is worth considering too. I choose based on where you’re going, the time, the aircraft and how long it takes you to reach the airport.
